KAPI Chairperson, Dr. James Mokoro, represented the alliance at the East African Community (EAC) regional workshop on finalizing the draft Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Compendium for human medicines in Entebbe, Uganda.
The forum convened key regional stakeholders, including the EAC Secretariat; National Medicines Regulatory Authorities from Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda, Zanzibar, Somalia, South Sudan, and DRC; and development partners such as GOPA and GIZ.
