• Introduction to Serialization, Track and Trace Webinar – This session was a pivotal step toward helping the pharmaceutical industry—especially within Kenya and East Africa—to understand, prepare for, and adopt serialization and track-and-trace systems. The webinar offered practical demonstrations, regulatory direction, global best practices, and technical clarity. The likely benefits include enhanced patient safety, stronger anti-counterfeiting measures, improved supply chain visibility, and greater international competitiveness for manufacturers.
