Dr. Evah N. Amwayi

Dr. Evah Amwayi is a seasoned Regulatory Affairs professional with regional exposure in fast moving consumer pharmaceutical products, managing East and West Africa. She is skilled and passionate in Regulatory Affairs, government affairs, pharmacovigilance, quality control and strategic public relation planning. She is experienced in advocacy for health regulations and legislation and policy development in the healthcare industry. She is the Appointed Executive Secretary of Kenya Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry (KAPI), and global Self-care federation (GSCF) Africa committee Chair.

Evah is passionate about medication access and over the counter medicines regulation and is highly engaged with policy makers around Africa to ensure self-care policies are in place to deliver Universal Health Coverage promoting healthier populations.
